EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy that helps you deal with tough memories and trauma. This process helps your brain process and heal from these memories more effectively, making them less overwhelming.

Initial Intake:$175
Follow-up Sessions (60 minutes):$150
Do you offer sliding scale fees for therapy?
Yes, we offer sliding scale fees to clients experiencing financial hardship.
Do you accept insurance?
I am currently in-network with Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, and, UnitedHealthcare (NC Only).
If I am not in-network with your insurance, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Do you accept Medicaid or Medicare?
No, I do not accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payments via credit/debit card and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of the session.
